![]() People are stressed. Some are terrified. Some are fed up. This is definitely a strange time for all of us. Most of the world is on quarantine, and we may find ourselves spending more time with our partners than we're accustomed to. If it were an all expenses paid vacation, that would be one thing. But this isn't. We're spending more time with our partners in a time of stress, fear and uncertainty. When those outside influences affect the relationship, it causes undue problems. So here's some things you can do instead of stuffing your partner in a trash bag:
There's a myriad of things you can do. I highly recommend something fun. Engaging in any pleasurable activity (laughing, cuddling, or even orgasms) for twenty minutes or more releases oxytocin, and strengthens the pair bond you share.
